Looking to hire a Field Service Technician as soon as possible
Grand Rapids, Michigan 
We are looking for candidates that have 1-3 years of hands on IT support experience and are willing to drive their own vehicle to different sites. (reimburse 43 cents per mile) 
Job Description: 
  • Provides day to day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and intern and internal desktop systems software and hardware. Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.
  • Maintains , analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Documents, maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. 
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
  • A+ Cert Preferred


• Printer and Breakfix experience is a plus

You will be driving to different end clients working on any IT hands on repairs, working on troubleshoots, and computer system repairs. Upgrade or replace hardware and software systems.
