Field Support Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Rate: $20.00 - 24.00/hr

The Field Support Technician will be technical expertise in hardware or software to travel to assist and train employees in parts replacement, tracking, shipping, and debugging.

Key Qualifications:

Self-motivated and ability to work independently

Manufacturing environment work experience preferred

Experience working under demanding deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Extremely organized and on-task

Ability to work with multiple teams in a cross-functional environment

Clear and concise documentation standards

Understanding of complex Hardware systems


Troubleshooting various hardware problems

Perform requested component testing

Updating software platforms

Filing bug reports on issues in testing/troubleshooting

Documenting and Maintaining procedures

Up to 90% travel


Advanced Technical degree preferred
