Title: Financial Systems Analyst

Contract: Long term open - ended

Job Details:

The Finance System Analyst is responsible for administration and support of all Kofax queues, as well as providing various levels of support for all technology utilized by the companies business systems. Responsibilities will include supporting the Finance System Lead in resolving systems issues and resolving errors, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, writing reports, data reporting, analyzing data flows, and identifying process improvement opportunities. In addition, this person will assist in the maintenance of the companies business system intranet site, employee training for various systems and processes as well as assisting with tracking the companies business system training and other activities. 
Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or Business preferred 
  • 2+ years of Finance/Accounting experience 
  • 1+ years of financial systems experience 
  • Demonstrated experience with process automation and/or driving system/process change 
  • SAP experience is required 
  • Proven ability to report on SAP data 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Blackline) 
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability, problem solving techniques and strong analytical skills 
  • Proven/demonstrated ability to adapt to change, engage on multiple assignments 
  • Preferred Experience/Skills: 
  • Kofax experience is strongly preferred 
  • Maximo, Blackline, Concur experience preferred 
  • Experience designing or updating internet websites preferred
