Apex Systems is looking for Financial Assistant in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. 


  • Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individual
  • Gathers purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc, and prepares payments
  • Maintains all payment or other transaction records
  • Individuals will also be responsible for providing information and support to corporate Finance, Accounting, and Regulatory departments on an ad hoc basis. 


  • Candidates should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, and a desire to work in a team oriented environment focused on achieving common objectives


  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
