Requirements: 
  • Must have a heavy knowledge of the current regulatory and finance landscape with a focus on finance operations (in the business) how it operates and what types of data support those functions.
  • Regulatory reporting knowledge of the schedules with  (y9c, call, y14 y15 2835a, y8 et.al) data transformation knowledge.
  • Must have knowledge of data quality expectations, how to profile data and understand how to craft definitions and details around anomalies and issues, create a business data glossary, create the lineage in functional speak not in technical speak but also fully understand the metadata needed both for the business but also to define data model requirements.

Tasks:
  • The decomposition of existing reports and UDTs into a normalized dictionary of data elements being ingested into Finance.
  • Will be supporting the data management and governance work to define the traceability matrix, data definitions and current calculation methods for the accountability refinement (which they will continue to do on-going in the future including any new reporting or regulatory requirements).
  • Will support the testing of the normalization of current data sourcing and the work being done by the developers.
