Our largest financial client is looking for a front end java developer. This will be a 2 year contract with exceptional pay.

Project Need: Eliminating all existing websites, currently 7. The adding additional functionality to the new buildout 

Why open: Had a developer leave. Behind on project and these are urgent needs.

Advantages: 

• Direct Manager Contact, Send resumes direct. 

Role: 80% Front End, 20% back end Experience 

Top Tech:

• Angular/React, Javascript, HTML5

• Consumption of Rest API’s

• Razor is the preferred template engine (will accept Handlebars or Moustache)

• SEO and ADA Accessibility/Security experience

Nice to have: 

• Bootstrap

• Typescript, Flexbox

• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS’s)
 

Team size: 6 developers with a lead 

The focus point would be heavy front end experience with Angular or React. I would make sure they have Angular 2+ experience if they don’t have React. As far as the rest of the front end, I would look for EITHER a templating/CMS previous integration experience or a robust set of other frameworks. 
This individual isn’t going to have a lot of direction to begin with so they should be comfortable working with business assets to derive their own action items. 

SO: 

2+ years of Angular2+ or React 
Razor or Mustache or Handlebar 
Experience implementing some kind of visualization or charting (KendoUI, D3, etc) 
Start to finish working with being a responsible contributor to 2 or more full lifecycle web applications 
Experience working with complex Web based applications 
Experience working Node and a package manager such as NPM, gulp, bower etc
