* review and approval of executed documents

* track and report on progress of ongoing, multiple projects 6+ Potential to be longer Achieves quality assurance objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic project plans and reviews; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing changes; navigating thru and practical implementation of quality system to newer business segment Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice (GAMP) systems

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

* draft quality procedures as needed to support newer business segment

* interpret and implement quality standards

* review and approval of protocols, work instructions and other functional testing documentation

* review and approval of executed documents

* track and report on progress of ongoing, multiple projects

* analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

* develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

* prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

* identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

* coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers

* evaluate audit findings and drive to implement appropriate corrective actions

* monitor risk management activities

* assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

* assist in the completion of vendor audit questionnaires

Quality Skills and Qualifications: Process Improvement, Analyzing Information , Verbal Communication, Informing Others, Quality Engineering, Emphasizing Excellence, GAMP, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Dealing with Complexity

Education and Experience

* Bachelors degree

* Knowledgeable in ISPE's guidelines for Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP)

* certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma

* quality inspection, auditing and testing experience

* experience with implementation of corrective action programs

* product or industry-specific experience

* strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases

* knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA

* knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
