Duration: 9+ month contract

Position Description:

Our client is looking for a Hardware/FPGA Engineer to work on medical device projects involved imate and video processing applications.

Candidate will be responsible for designing and verifying FPGAs including programming the FPGAs with VHDL.

Candidate will be also responsible for completing all required documentation for their work (best on applicable regulations).

Must haves:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field

5+ years’ of experience within FPGA/VHDL design

Experience working on image and/or video processing applications

Experience with a softcore processor such as NIOS and/or Microblaze

Experience working within the Medical Device industry or a similarly regulated environment (such as Defense)

Nice to haves:

Experience working with Altera FPGAs

Experience with DDR Memory

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
