IT Business Analyst - HRIS

Position Summary

The IT Business Analyst (BA) will support projects involving HR functions, HR Systems, and/or HR data.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years IT/IS business analysis experience.
  • Experience effectively identifying and documenting requirements for HRIS, HRMS, and/or HCM applications.
  • SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or Workday implementation experience is highly preferred.
  • In depth understanding of HR & Payroll processes, policies and legal requirements.
  • Ability to create Use Cases and Business Process Models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience implementing HR systems such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English both written and spoken.
