Apex Systems is seeking Help Desk candidates to join the team at our largest federal client in the Kansas City area. The chosen candidates will become a part of a growing enterprise level help desk, with fantastic opportunities for upward growth in the organization!

Requirements

  • Experience with an ITSM tool
    • Ideally BMC Remedy
  • Strong troubleshooting experience via the phone
  • Experience with Active Director
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • IAT II certification or higher (Security+)

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, and able to obtain and/or maintain a Secret security clearance as a condition of employment.
