Apex Systems is seeking Help Desk candidates to join our growing team at our largest federal client in the Kansas City area! This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a data center environment, and work with a plethora of different applications.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience working in a help desk environment
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Experience with a ticketing system
    • Ideally Remedy
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • IAT Level II certification or higher
