Day to day responsibilities: 

  • eCW account password reset/unlock 
  • EPRG account unlock 
  • Bomgar to support end users 
  • Open/and route tickets thru Service Now 
  • Support RSA Tokens 
  • Answer incoming calls 
  • Ticket routing in Service Now 
  • Password reset in multiple applications from Active Directory, eCW, EPRG and Good Mobile app 
  • Provide computer support via Bomgar 
  • Assign and support RSA Tokens 
  • Mapping of network printers and network share drives
