TITLE: Help Desk

Pay: 17/hr 

LOCATION: Herndon, VA and DC

YRS: 1 or more


  • Has to be active CE version 

CONTRACT: 5 weeks

  • Potential to go longer

Job Description:

  • Help to field and monitor incoming tickets related to software and hardware issues
  • Troubleshoot tier 1 issues
  • Resolve, escalate or create new tickets for Tier 2 and Tier 3
  • Monitor network for issues and escalate as they arise
  • Ability to learn to use NOC monitoring tool (PRTG)
