Position: Helpdesk Analyst, 12 month contract

 

Shift:  Candidates will need to be open to work any shift. The shifts won’t vary from day to day or week to week but they may be assigned a day, swing, or night shift depending on the business needs.

 

Job Description:  Provides customer and technical support through analysis and problem solving to facilitate installation, implementation, maintenance, education, and documentation of a variety of technologies.
