We are seeking a hard working individual who can support one of New York's largest Health-Care facilities with a massive software migration/phone support need. This is an awesome opportunity for recent college grads looking to start their IT career with one of our major clients on Long Island!

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of help desk experience and supporting users over the phone while providing exceptional customer service. The candidate is preferred to have experience with:

  • Outlook
  • Office 365
  • Active directory support
  • Ticket System Management
  • Log me In Remote access
  • Printer/network connectivity issues
  • Email setup support
