Duties:
Duties: 
- Create and receive People Team’s PO requests in Oracle
- Act as main point of contact for People Team Purchase Orders, Vendor and Invoice inquiries
- Review and track contracts and SOWs to ensure timely renewal or extension
- Collaborate with partners in HR, Recruiting, and Finance to identify and resolve potential issues before arising and ensure the highest quality experience
- Manage Zendesk tickets and deliver exceptional services to clients
- Support ad-hoc HR Ops tasks and reporting
 
 
Required Sills and Experience
- BA/BS degree 
- 2+ years experience in Oracle and PO/Invoice Management 
- Strong communication skills with proven track record of customer satisfaction
- Fast-paced corporate environment experience
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Gmail and Google Docs Skills:
