Seeking a Human Capital Technology Program Manager/Program Lead to manage the implementation of various enterprise-wide initiatives.

1) Description

• This role provides subject matter expertise in global program management, including project scope definition, project staging and phasing, risk identification, project methodology and tools, resource allocation and budget management

• This role may manage, directly and indirectly, other project resources such as project analysts, project managers, change managers and delivery leads

• This role will partner resources from Human Capital, IT and the business as well as other third parties/vendors to deliver the program objectives

• This person will bring strong communication skills needed to deliver project updates to leadership, manage messaging and serve as a face to the program. Ultimately, this role will serve as a trusted partner to safely deliver large, complex programs that further Client’s people objectives and add value to its employees

2) Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, multi-year, multi-million dollar projects to achieve key business objectives while ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

• Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences

• Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Monitor and report on project budgets and forecasts

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

• Develop a detailed project plan and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Participate in defining solutions, including fit/gap options

• Partner with subject matter advisors within Human Capital, IT and the business to drive collaboration and communication

• Identify downstream impacts, including process, technology and change management and then coordinate with the appropriate contacts to solve

• Perform tactical tasks as needed with an eye on strategic and long-term goals

• Contribute to the development of a Program Management Center of Excellence, including governance and tools

3) Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Global Project Management Experience

• 8+ years Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment

• Strong knowledge of Human Capital systems and processes

• Experience managing project budgets over $3+ million

• Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis

• Ability to build and manage relationships across a large enterprise and matrix relationships

• Vendor management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

4) Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree preferred

• Healthcare industry experience

• Bi-lingual strongly preferred (Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese)

• PMP Certification

• Human Capital Management implementation experience

• Data analytics experience

• Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills

• Exposure to multiple PM methodologies

• Project Management Office process implementation & re-engineering
