Location: New Orleans, LA
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Description:
Required Experience
  • SailPoint IIQ Administration
    • Check critical tasks are completing
      • Authoritative Identity aggregations
      • Account Aggregations
      • Group Aggregations
      • System maintenance tasks.
    • Ensure IQService is operational
      • Review logs and check alerts for errors.
    • Setup / Onboard new applications
      • Expect knowledge of onboarding applications on prem and off prem.
    • Setup / manager IT and Business Roles
    • Setup / manage certifications
    • Manage Identity attributes
    • Manage Identity Cube database view.
    • Troubleshoot issues
      • Certification Issues.
      • IdentityIQ Issues.
      • IQService Issues.
    • Able to modify existing beanshell if needed (basic scripting knowledge).
    • Able to troubleshoot issues caused by bad data.
    • Able to upgrade and patch product.
    • Familiar with SSD (Sailpoint Service Delivery)
    • Familiar with Eclipse and SVN.
    • Able to generate new WAR file from Eclipse/SSD environment.
    • Familiar with Role Based Access.

Nice to Have
  • Azure AD and Enterprise SSO Responsibilities:
    • Maintain Azure AD sync.
      • Troubleshoot Azure AD sync issues.
    • Familiar with AD directory attributes.
    • Familiar with AD as a LDAP directory.
    • Understand how SSL certificates and signing work.
    • Understand Azure roles.
    • Understand how Single Sign On works.
    • Maintain SSO configurations and certificates.
    • Setup new SSO integrations.
    • Maintain Azure roles.
  • Thycotic Responsibilities:
    • Maintain Roles and Folder permissions
    • Troubleshoot discovery issues.
    • Troubleshoot permission issues.
    • Maintain folder and password policies and permissions.
    • Maintaining product version and patching.
    • Work with other groups to setup new folders and policies as needed.
  • SailPoint SIQ
    • Familiar with SIQ
    • Familiar with Data Security Concepts
    • Maintain SIQ tasks.
    • Work with Governance group to continue expanding the program.
    • Responsible for upgrading and patching environment.
    • Responsible for maintaining availability.
