Job Description:

The Security Services Team is responsible for IT infrastructure that delivers security services to the global enterprise.  This spans CyberThreat Prevention, Identity and Access Management, and Network, Data, and Application Security.  The Identity Specialist role is a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team, whose mission it is to enable application and data owners to control access to their resources.  This specific position is responsible for implementing, enhancing, and maintaining the technology that delivers our IAM services.



  • Provides subject matter expertise and technical stewardship of IAM service offerings

  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with all IAM customers
  • Understands customer objectives and develops support strategies that map to IAM service offerings
  • Measures and reports on value delivered to customers
  • Advocates for new/enhanced IAM services on behalf of customers
  • Contributes requirements to technology selection process
  • Serves as technical resource on various initiatives
  • Adhering to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Performing other duties or functions as requested by management



  • Experience working with SailPoint
  • 5+ years technical experience in the Identity Management ( IdM) or Identity Access Management ( IAM ) domain
  • Strong knowledge of Identity process; to include, but not limited to PKI, federation, access management, and/or privileged access management
