The NEXEN Enterprise Entitlements (NEE) service governs access across employees, partners, and customers and protects the organization's assets. The service manages access through the entitlement lifecycle including access requests, provisioning, enforcement, certifications and revocations. The existing 6 platforms that make-up the NEE service range from medium to high complexity with a large infrastructure footprint running on some EOL hardware/middleware. The underlying service applications aren't well integrated, lack the ability to scale, use manual/high-touch on-boarding processes and have complicated upgrade paths. Migrating off of the EOL platforms will improve overall service resiliency and availability while providing a more robust service that increases automation, streamlines on-boarding, and supports stronger access controls. In order to achieve the target state and address the security control gaps as well as auditing findings, the team needs to be augmented with senior IAM consultants. These 6 resources will provide the necessary capacity to accelerate our delivery and meet 2018 objectives

- Administer third party platforms within the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) organization
- Troubleshoot and analyze production issues 
- Support system and infrastructure upgrades
- Develop and maintain unix scripts 
- Experience with ETL, SQL, Java development
- Degree in IT, IS, CS, CE

-Experience with Sailpoint is highly preferred.  Experience with other 3rd Party Vendor  applications will suffice sans Sailpoint.
