Apex Systems is looking for Inbound Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our fastest growing clients in Long Island.  We are looking for the best and brightest candidates to help our client meet the demand for services in transporting members of health plans to better health. Location: Islandia, NY

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Languages: Spanish, Russian, Mandarin

Pay: $14/hr for Spanish/English & Russian/English / $15/hr for Mandarin/English

Shifts / Hours: M-F 8 hour shifts starting at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 & 9:00 AM


Job Description: Our client is seeking multiple English and bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representatives. Those who are hired will be able to communicate with passion and motivation to provide high-quality service.   • Become familiarized with computer programs and company policies through provided training courses
  • Utilize computer programs to assist medical patients in scheduling transportation to their healthcare providers
  • Use a computerized telephone system to communicate with patients, home health aides, physicians, and medical facilities
  • Maintain HIPPA standards to handle and protect private information
  • Work closely with supervisors and follow instructions quickly
  • Care for the needs and questions of patients with empathy and respect
  • Resolve unanticipated setbacks professionally
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
