Designs training programs, including Instructor led courses, online courses, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members in a sales environment. Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum do drive performance sales workforce. Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly to drive performance. Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field. area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 
• Experience in developing innovative training for sales teams the drive engagement and performance 
• Proven experience with Instructional Design strategies and the ability to write course /lesson level content meeting the needs of the learners to drive performance. 
• Proven e-learning design and development experience and experience with designing and developing blended learning solutions and Instructor led training. 
• Experience developing multiple projects at one time successfully. 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. 
• Experience with using Learning Management Systems a plus 
• Proven MS Office skills in Word and PowerPoint, Articulate, storyline, and Captivate
