Instructional Designer
Our client is going through a Salesforce implementation and is looking for someone to help with training.  This involves creating a transition plan on how to train users on the new systems, as well as creating and facilitating training curriculum on the new system. The incumbent will work to transition 4,000 users from old system to new system.  
Training curriculum that needs created and facilitated includes class-based and web-based training. The client needs someone engaging and dynamic with training presentations.  
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:  
- Must have prior experience with Salesforce. (Salesforce certification is preferred)
- Must have superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Prior experience facilitating technical/software training sessions and creating training curriculum 
- Prior project management experience helpful, but client is more interested in candidates who understand the SDLC
Client is seeking an individual who can support transformational change for implementation of a new system. This individual will lead training and transition efforts toward implementation of the system modules. The individual will need to have the ability to effectively collaborate with 3rd party vendors.
The incumbent will be able to model and provide staff development in said training techniques for a training of trainer (TOT) based model to ensure statewide saturation and reinforcement of the implemented platform.  The incumbent should be able to document and provide ongoing materials and documentation for the client and Help Desk support.
