Insurance Servicing Representative Job Description: 
Associates will be responsible for conducting research to resolve discrepancies between the document received and the system of record by performing business to business callouts and following outline policies and procedures. The candidate will need to have the following: sense of urgency to complete daily work on hand, ability to perform all related tasks within the process. Ability to work in several different systems to resolve exceptions. This includes: making calls as needed to obtain policy information from carriers and agencies, utilizing business applications and appropriate technology to perform routine activities. Maintain internal operational and financial controls to ensure they meet company standards.


• Intermediate PC Skills (Including MS Office- Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Problem Solving
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions and to analyze a situation and make a sound decision.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Flexibility to working in a quickly changing, fast paced, team oriented environment
• Flexibility to work extra hours if needed.
