Terms: Contract duration would start at 6 months and roll

Location: 750 Lawrence, occasional travel to 130 Adelaide




  • Support PM with Project Administration/Governance as follows:
    • Facilitate weekly status meetings and presentations
    • Consolidate, publish and communicate the status of intakes and related action items
    • Manage and control project schedules
    • Follow up on change requests, issues, risks and maintain logs
    • Maintain the project artifact repository
    • Respond to inquiries from the requestors or other stakeholders
    • Managing the process of reporting Project Financials and Latest Estimates on project reporting systems – Sharepoint, Planview/EPPM, PRF, etc. by obtaining and consolidating estimates from Technology leads, other technology groups and vendors and tracking and reconciling financials
    • Invoice and Contract Management


Project (how does this affect the company/why open?):  This candidate will join the Credit Cards technology team within the retail line of business at one of the top 5 banks in Toronto. The PCO may support multiple projects within the credit cards space.



  1. PCO experience at least 4 years
  2. Must have experience in the banking industry and credit cards experience is a plus
  3. Must be knowledgeable on the SDLC and PMO methodologies
  4. Must be skilled in Excel and SharePoint or Planview
  5. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be efficient, and a self-starter?
