The Product Analyst has responsibility for the success of project implementations, including transition to customer support as well as overall internal and external client satisfaction. The Product Analyst is responsible for the software development life cycle (SDLC) including: client requirements gathering, design specifications, solution development and testing of client applications, client support, training, and systems integration. Responsibilities The essential responsibilities of the Product Analyst are.

•Analyzing, researching and designing new product functionality and translating business needs into user stories/functional requirements
-Collaborating with cross functional groups including Product, Client Services, Implementation, Data, and Engineering
- Working through various phases of software development life cycle including analysis, creation of requirements/user stories, functionality design, testing, documentation and training
- Communicating new and current product features/functionality to Sales, Operations and Services teams
- Working closely with the Product Engineering team to groom user stories, maintain prioritized backlog
- Participating in functional specification reviews, design walkthroughs, sprint demos, product acceptance testing
-Acting as an end-user advocate in the development process, interacting with end- users in determining functionality and features for assigned projects Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. Business, Finance, Math, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years business analyst experience focused on software integration and/or implementation, preferably with SaaS/client/server system development
- 2+ years of prior product management experience
