IT Project Manager

Required Skills:

  • Experience with application development & software - not so much infrastructure.
  • Experience in Organizational Transition & Change Management / Adoption Change Management with respect to technology implementations
  • Advanced knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks and software engineering practices and principles
  • Experience managing traditional projects within a Portfolio. Developing high level schedules with milestones, solution roadmaps, release plans, and providing weekly progress to stakeholders
  • Possess a strong understanding on the links and dependencies between projects, facilitating cross team planning, with focus on successful outcomes
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence or other Project Management tools preferred in a well-established, high-performing Agile software development environment
  • Driven leader, facilitator and communicator; navigates the ambiguous to drive to successful alignment and outcomes

  • Sr. level experience with Business/IT project management (10+ years)
  • Excels at relationship building and communications
  • Flexible/adaptable to management method
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix environments (business & IT)
  • IT Coordination (onshore/offshore, Infrastructure, Development, Release Management, Testing, Vendor)
  • Project Management (coordination, facilitation, status reporting, budgeting & forecasting, overall business & IT schedule/milestones, agile team progress, statements of work, time reviews, etc.,
