Position Description:


The Group Functions IT (GFIT) team is engaged on solving the technological and experiential needs of Global Information Risk Management group. As a team, our mission is to create solutions that provide value to our customers and partners while continuously improving the existing services and solution offerings. In support of this effort, GFIT is recruiting an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to provide project management leadership on an Identity and Access management project. Our vision is the seamless integration of risk, control, and governance activities across all three lines of defense. This will allow us to effectively fulfill our independent mandates while minimizing impact on the business. This will be accomplished by:


  • Establishing a common view of the organization;
  • Optimizing the use of an intuitive global technology (Archer) platform that allows for integration and information sharing for governance of activities;
  • Applying a common control language/taxonomy, shared documentation (e.g.: as process maps and process descriptions) and a standardized set of key risks and controls that can be leveraged by all groups;
  • Developing coordinated and complementary reporting


Key Accountabilities:


  • Manage the planning, organizing and implementation of complex strategic projects
  • Take projects from initiation through final implementation
  • Assemble a matrixed project team, including identification and securing of resources needed,
  • Assign responsibilities based upon the project plan
  • Continually and effectively communicate within our organization and with functional representatives




Job Requirements

  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products including MS Word, Excel, MS Project and MS Visio
  • Highly effective influence, negotiation and collaboration skills with the ability to work across the enterprise globally
  • Strong financial management skills to establish controls, track resource/costs and provide good business solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
  • Must have proven experience in identifying project risks and issues, and making effective decisions/engaging project team members to develop risk mitigation/avoidance plans.
  • Ability to foster and build relationships, engage and influence others, work with diverse internal, global business units and global network providers/outsourcers
  • Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
