* Need 1 resource (s) to perform Break & Fix work Wed-Sun or Sat-Wed including on-call after-hours rotation.

* Must live within a 15-mile radius of zip code 92336. Please make sure you submit quality candidates for this position.

* Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)

* Technician will travel to each clients location - Both retail, industrial and residential

* Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer

* Works under general supervision

* Maintain records regularly - using detailed notes and follow-thru


Minimum Requirements:

* CompTIA A+ that is not expired (must be current)

* 1 years plus with In-Home Service - customer service experience

* 2 years plus supporting Desktops, Laptops and Printers.

* 2 years plus with customer service experience

* Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)

* Must be insured and in possession of a vehicle with current registration

* Flexible hours - able to work weekends, staggered or late shifts including evenings and/or weekends

* Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments

* Can work on a ladder of lift and are able to lift up to 50lbs.

* Exhibit positivity and confidence with an appropriate energy for the job.


Basic Needs/Haves

* Able to work from a bent, crouched, or kneeled position

* Smartphone with tethering/hotspot capabilities (Reimbursed within Corporate Guidelines)

* Own a Laptop

* Basic Hand Tools

* Possess a valid drivers license Preferred,



* Geek Squad / Bench support

* Consumer Electronic mounting/installations and setup

* OEM Printer Warranty Certifications

* OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications

* Server experience would be a bonus

* Wire and Cable experience

* Network experience
