ITIL Training Manager
Apex Systems is a large staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for an ITIL Training Manager to provide services for at our end client, a governmental health care institution. Please note that your employer will not be the government, a managed services provider will employ you.
Client:  Government end client in healthcare domain
Location:  Burnaby, British Columbia, easily accessible by Sky Train, V5C 3Z4
Terms:  Permanent Full Time.

Accountabilities:
  • Create and Deliver appropriate IT training plan for Internal and external stakeholders.
  • To  improve IT Service quality by monitoring, reporting and identifying weak areas thus reducing outages
  • Increased User Productivity, where addressing weaknesses promotes future quality, or identifies where training may be needed
  • Educate Tower Leaders on Proactive Management of SLAs
  • Generate a report of appropriate generic reports to review their usage or trends leading to the need for new requests or proper training of end users and/or analysts.
  • Provide necessary training to assignment group analysts on the appropriate request to be selected rather than generic requests.

 
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience across various ITIL Process/discipline with the IT Industry. 
  • 5 + years of experience in Training Management for ITSM.
  • Bachelors Degree in any stream or equivalent work experience
  • ITIL V3 Foundation
  • Nice to Have: ITIL V4 Foundation
