Are you a Java Developer with Spring, Unit Testing, and banking experience? Apex Systems is a large staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for a Java Developer  to place at our client, a Big Five Bank

Client: Big Five Bank  

Salary: Between $85,000 and $95,000

Job Description:

  • You’ll be working as a Java Developer on a payment system within the context of an enterprise wide payments modernization project.

Must Have Qualifications:

  •  ~5-8 years of experience
  • Core Java, Java EE, Spring Framework, Unit Testing experience
  • Banking experience
  • Willingness to learn, passion for Java, desire to move into team lead role in a few years
  • Excellent communication skills are key

Nice to Have

  • Rest, JSON, Webservices, SQL
  • PL/SQL Development experience
  • Experience with payments, experience with transactional recovery
