Recent experience processing Visa chargebacks (preferably with VCR- Visa Claims Resolution) .
1. Recent experience processing disputes, preferably Visa. 
2. Excellent analytical/research skills

What are the three top technology tools that this resource must have knowledge using?
1. Visa VROL
2. Excel
3. Microsoft Outlook
