•Looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience working with privacy law.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining knowledge of applicable privacy laws, regulations and best practices
  • Monitoring changing global privacy laws and best practices.
  • Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s global privacy and data protection framework, policies procedures and governance model.
  • Work with Global Contracts team to review, edit, draft and negotiate data protection language in commercial contracts (such as MSA agreements, SaaS agreements, data vendor agreements and NDA’s).
  • Provide advice and support directly to business leads and technical specialists on a range of issues related to data privacy, data security and data governance
  • Assist Managing Corporate Counsel and Privacy Product Owner with implementation of company’s data protection impact asset program

The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience with data privacy law
  • Fluency in translating legal advice into actionable guidance for innovative product and business teams
  • JD Required
