Lab Assistant Needed Immediately! 

  • Individual must be detail-oriented, motivated, have good communication skills, and is comfortable with a fast paced environment
  • The main function of this position is to prep samples for analysis
  • Keep a neat and accurate record log


  • The main function of this position is to prep samples for analysis as well as sample splitting 
  • Understand and follow Quality System documents relevant to responsbilities (SOP's, Methods, and local policies)
  • Keep a neat and accurate record log
  • Record test data and results for samples in logbook, record book or BookMaster and enter the data or results into eLIMS
  • Identify method/martix/analytical difficultires and report these together with proposed solutions to supervisor
  • Will need to learn processes that include (but are not limited to) grinding, blending, drying, washing equipment, cleaning the prep room, using computers, barcode scanners, and using label makers
  • All methodologies and practices will need to be learned and followed


  • Will need to be able to work with a team and on his/her own
  • Basic knowledge of cGMP and ISO 17025
  • Responsive, independent problem solvers and action oriented person
  • The minimum level of education is high school and although experience is preferred, it is not needed as we will train on the job
