• Ability to successfully manage projects through to successful outcome, escalating when appropriate
• Ability to execute documented processes consistently and implement continuous process improvements
• Ability to travel to support on-site delivery of learning programs
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Word and Excel
• Proficient in all learning delivery methods for nationally developed learning programs: nationally delivered, locally delivered, virtually delivered (via Centra)
• Understand the CPE (and/or Learning Hours) process and ensure the successful execution of the various aspects of CPE for national learning programs
• Understand and fully leverage the various technologies used to support learning delivery (SharePoint, Saba, Centra, MCLASS, Poll Everywhere, etc.)
