Apex Systems is looking for a qualified individual for a Manufacturing Technician Role in Maple Grove, MN! For immediate consideration, please email resumes to KMooney@apexsystems.com. 
Job Purpose
Under close supervisory direction, assist in the daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety).

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment problems to minimize down time.
2. Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/product.
3. Execute validation plans and compile data.
4. Assist in Value Improvement (VIP) and Employee Involvement Team (EIT) projects, implementing new equipment or processes or improving existing ones for cost savings.
5. Collect data and perform basic statistical analysis for process characterization and scrap reduction goals.
6. Work with departmental customers to improve material quality and delivery.
7. Train and provide technical support to product builders.

Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Qualifications
AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline.
