Title: Marketing Consultant Professional

Description:
 
We are hiring a contract Personalization Manager to coordinate and implement personalized experiences on our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital wireless personalization on our Consumer pages, including the end-to-end execution, QA and communication of programs that optimize customer experience, foster engagement and personalize customer journeys.

They will work very closely with planning team and stakeholders to prioritize, drive experience/test design and coordinate the execution of experiments and personalized campaigns. This position requires strong technical and analytics skills, experience with personalization, A/B testing platforms and best practices, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage the end-to-end process including CX solution design, requirements gathering, coordination of personalized experience or test execution, and success measurement.
  • Maintain the operational status of all assigned testing/campaign queues, monitor roadmaps, schedules, in-flight experiences, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other internal organizations, channels, agencies and third party partners to identify and execute integrated and cross-channel initiatives.

Qualifications:
 
  • Digital experience, digital marketing and digital product management in either a business, agency or consulting organization.
  • Experience in creating and executing effective programs that drive sales, performance lift, traffic and engagement sales.
  • 3+ years of digital optimization and A/B testing experience
  • Strong understanding of experiment design and statistics
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, including Target, Audience Manager and Analytics
  • Strong QA skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
