Title: Marketing Manager

Client Location: Philadelphia, PA

Marketing Plan Development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and hands-on program management of demand and lead generation tactics, to include all online and offline channels (.com, .net, apps, search, email, direct mail, paid media, cross-channel, bill statement, service centers, events, etc.)

  • Cross-functional coordination across partner, corporate, divisional, regional and 3rd party service providers/vendors
  • Marketing budget development and expense management Sales Channel Development and ongoing support of alternate sales channels
  • Channels include, but not limited to, service centers, Care, in-home tech support, regional promotional events, and mobile applications
  • Program Analysis Development and support of all required program and campaign tracking methodologies
  • Ongoing weekly, monthly and holistic campaign and channel performance and analysis.
  • Experience: 5-8 years

Core Responsibilities
Identify messaging & creative to effectively brief ad agencies, driving Acquisition (general market & re-targeting) digital campaigns in market
- Partner with Divisions & Marketing Communication Director to help drive test and learn environment whereby champions are always being challenged 
- Work with ad agencies to understand unique marketing trends in the creative & reporting digital space. 
- Stay connected to Divisional results and identify Mar com opportunities to drive results. 
- Secure all stakeholder approval (including legal) on all messaging and digital assets. 
- Manage all budgets and timelines to ensure all projects are delivered on time, to spec and on budget. 
- Drive analysis of all Mar com activities; distills digital results and insights for senior leadership discussions. 
- Leverage Omniture, AAM and Test & Target tools at a high level to pull independent reports, as needed 
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment in matters of creative decisions.

Requirements
-Results-oriented, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and embraces innovation
-Deep knowledge of the Hispanic consumer digital behavior and insights 
-Shows sound judgement with regards to strategy and creative, insights & data
-Understands a sales-driven culture and is hyper focused on acquiring new customers while maintaining brand health. 
- Easily adapts to change.
-Strong writing skills, especially for creative briefs & results reporting summaries 
-Excellent communication skills -- for presenting, providing creative feedback, driving result summaries
-Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Eye for detail and the ability to ensure projects of any scale are delivered on time including initiatives involving multiple stakeholders 
-Deep experience in digital creative production 
-Consensus building skills to align various stakeholders (Mar com, Marketing, Product, Divisions, Agencies) 
- bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Education Level - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study - Business, Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Communications
Years Experience - Generally requires 6-9 years related experience

The ideal candidate is a driven performer who has experience managing, executing & deploying campaigns, gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders and providing critical thinking to optimize results.
