Marketing Manager

Apex Systems is seeking a Marketing Manager for one of our Fortune 50 clients in Philadelphia, PA. This is an initial 6-12 Month contract opportunity, with a chance of extension and going permanent. Having previous Program Development, Marketing Planning, Marketing Strategy and Creative Process experience is a huge plus! 

We can only work with candidates who are able to work on Apex Systems W2, and cannot work on a Corp-to-Corp Basis. 

Marketing Manager

Marketing Plan Development

  • Development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and hands-on program management of demand and lead generation tactics, to include all online and offline channels (.com, .net, apps, search, email, direct mail, paid media, cross-channel, bill statement, service centers, events, etc.)
  • Cross-functional coordination across partner, corporate, divisional, regional and 3rd party service providers/vendors
  • Marketing budget development and expense management Sales Channel Development
  • Development and ongoing support of alternate sales channels
  • Channels include, but not limited to, service centers, Care, in-home tech support, regional promotional events, and mobile applications
  • Program Analysis
  • Development and support of all required program and campaign tracking methodologies
  • Ongoing weekly, monthly and holistic campaign and channel performance and analysis.


Experience:

  • 3-5 years
  • Digital marketing performance, including email marketing Experience 
  • Email marketing, marketing automation, and utilizing an email marketing platform
  • Agency experience

Project manager for customer engagement strategies, programs, and campaigns across tactics – particularly focused on email. 

  • Majority of work will be focused on new upgrade initiatives – two initial areas focused in solar and insurance (expertise in these areas welcome but not necessary). Strategy, targeting, frequency and creative development in the email space in coordination with our consumer marketing and business unit partners.
  • Role should support the overall development of engagement programs intended to deep customer engagement and lifetime value
  • Showcase value and impact of campaigns by regularly reporting out the impact working with agencies, and internal partners.


The Ideal candidate should have experience across the creative process – from conception and briefing through execution, production and some basic media understanding. 

  • Focus areas are in email however have understanding in basic digital, social and direct marketing tactics
