INTUIT - Marketing Program Manager Job Location: San Diego, CA

 

In this role, you will manage some of the most significant and impactful programs for TurboTax, TurboTax Live, Turbo and/or Mint, working closely with Marketing Ops, Advertising, Strategy, Analytics, Product Development, Customer Care and more. With a focus on delivering delightful experiences to customers, and outstanding business results, you will establish excellent organization, collaboration and communication on your programs, applying and optimizing best practices, tools and processes to get the job done in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage complex and fast-paced digital marketing programs to successful delivery (on time, on budget, meeting requirements, and achieving stated business and technical outcomes) – these involve bringing new products and/or marketing campaigns to market, or driving internal programs to plan and implement new or improved technologies and processes.
  • Understand and navigate the varying goals, needs, deliverables, timelines, processes, resources and technologies leveraged by each marketing channel, spanning Display, Social, PPC, Mobile, Web, TV and more – helping ensure a cohesive approach on your programs.
  • Ensure effective communications across all stakeholders, partners, and team members to facilitate optimal collaboration and visibility, and accelerate decision-making on your programs.
  • Track open issues and risks consistently, transparently and accurately. Be bold and take immediate action to mitigate or remove them effectively.
  • Establish strong relationships internally and externally to facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Create clearly understandable and actionable success criteria, objectives, and requirements and communicate them to the team(s). Improving & Accelerating How We Work
  • Working across so many teams to deliver your programs, and as a member of the Marketing Ops team, you are uniquely positioned to identify and implement new operational mechanisms to facilitate a very strong culture of solid communication, collaboration, effective decision making and driving to results, together.
  • Help us further adopt an agile mindset in marketing, optimizing our people, process and technology where we can to deliver with speed and quality.
  • Manage internal projects and/or programs to implement and operationalize new marketing technologies.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 4+ years of hands-on program management experience in online & mobile marketing, working across advertising channels, web design & development.
  • BA/BS in marketing, business, communications, computer science or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must possess a solid understanding of key marketing technologies, including Content, Data & Experience management systems.
  • Must have experience working in an Agile environment, and a solid understanding of the Agile process, knowing how to work with Product and Dev Managers to plan and track the work/deliverables. Must know how to leverage scaled agile planning processes.
  • Learn Fast – gain and maintain a deep understanding of how all of the marketing channels and teams operate, how marketing data and experiences are shaped and delivered, which technologies are utilized and how.

You roll up your sleeves and stop at nothing to ensure the success of your programs, as measured by meeting deadlines, minimizing risk along the way, creating a positive and collaborative environment for all stakeholders/partners and ultimately delivering the intended business results.
