Company & Group Details of Digital Marketing QA Specialist:

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Campaign Managers to successfully execute marketing initiatives in the digital space.
    • This may include:
      • Email
      • Push Notifications
      • SMS
  • Role model and demonstrate the company core values.

 

Responsibilities of Digital Marketing QA Specialist:

  • Provide QA, or email testing, for email campaigns, URL testing, creative and content approvals and email deployment approvals.
  • Work with digital analytics team, incorporating omniture tracking codes for all digital communication channels.
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML to QA email code, as well as help troubleshoot issues with the development team.
  • Attention to detail for conducting QA on email creative design.
  • Ability to multi-task and change projects as needs arise.
  • Email rendering, email content, functional testing (clicking links, confirming tracking, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.

 

Requirements for Digital Marketing QA Specialist:

  • 1-2 years’ experience working on Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Superior attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related area
  • 2 years digital marketing/email experience implementing or working within a rigid QA process with large company.
  • Understanding of digital marketing production processes along with campaign management experience.
  • Experience using multiple email service provider platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
