Primary Responsibilities: 
• Understand business needs, current vs target BI/DW architecture/platforms, define/visualize database architecture, foresee future reporting needs and guide teams accordingly 
• Work on Business Intelligence team and provide end to BI & Reporting solution using MicroStrategy. 
• Should have expertise in defining project estimates, create workplans, anticipate risks/assumptions. 
• Should have experience in over all BI architecture, creating quick POC solutions around business requirements/problems. 
• Performs hands-on development of attributes, facts, dimensions, transformations, dynamic dashboards, grids, graphs, scorecards, intelligent cubes, custom widget, visualization development and implementation and statistical reporting utilizing MicroStrategy . 
• Participates in ETL and data model approach/design for the enterprise data. 
• Define & Maintain BI design patterns, standards, frameworks, reporting templates, analyze & suggest/guide solutions on various BI/DW problem statements. 
• Experience in building custom Java/SDK solutions, consume webservices, Xquery, jSON, subscriptions/schedules to interact with MicroStrategy reports/report service documents 
This position is for BI Developer role supporting MicroStrategy Report Design and Development for GWB&CT Team. 
The candidate will be responsible for attending project meetings, understanding requirements, designing reporting solutions, work closely with Data warehouse team, build reporting models, develop KPIs/Scorecards/Dashboards, coordinating with other support teams like testing, production support etc.,
