Job Title: Human Resources – Administrative Assistant
Location: Irving, Texas 75038
Contract Length: 5 month initial contract, with the potential to extend further.
Job Description:

  • Provide Administrative support in the area of Human Resources Employment Verification and HR Records.
  • Provide rehire status for contingent worker community.
  • Review and complete verification of employment, loss wages, disability and government investigation request.
  • Review and respond to legal request, retrieve personnel files and records via document imaging and off-site storage.
  • Working on special projects assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma/ GED, or higher.
  • Administrative experience (in HR-related roles, preferred).
  • Must be able to work in confidential work locations and be willing to perform routine administrative tasks for extended periods of time.
  • Will need to have working knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Excel and 10-key skills.
