Apex Systems has an immediate opening for a Mobility Support Specialist. 

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

Working a high volume of daily issues and end user support interaction. Assisting on other mobile and wireless related projects and initiatives. 

Do we have Client Job Description?:

Wireless Team is seeking a resource to provide an array of mobile and wireless support services for approx. 7000 North American users.  Primarily smartphones, but also includes Aircards, iPads, and cellular in-building repeater solutions.

This person will assist corporate and business unit users in evaluating, deploying, and supporting our mobile and wireless users and environment. The position works with and coordinates Tangoe our wireless support vendor, deals directly with multiple carriers and users (including in person ‘white-glove’ support to our on-site Executives). In addition to the day to day support function this person will also be involved in other mobile and wireless related projects and initiatives. Process returned devices for either reissue or recycling.

The individual will report up through the PC Site Support team, but will work closely with a smaller Mobility Team which have members in other locations

Four year degree or equivalent is strongly preferred.

The position is located in Towson Maryland.
