Position Description: MPP-The Monetization Platform Product Analyst will share the workload of the Business Platform Owner by working collaboratively with Business Stakeholders, IT SME.s, vendors, and third party consulting firms to craft business cases for capabilities that will support B2C and B2B services offered The Product Analyst will collect and incorporate stakeholder input from technical teams, privacy, legal, finance, accounting, and etc. to ensure the proper priority of capabilities on the roadmap. Additionally, the Product Analyst will also act as the voice of the customer while working cross functionally with delivery teams to drive overall monetization platform business results, which includes financial metrics, corporate metrics, and supporting the corporate strategy.
Skills Required: Required Qualifications . Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience . Experience working in an Agile software development environment . Preferred - Scrum or related Agile Practitioner Certifications . Preferred . Experience working in a start-up or similar environment . Experience building platforms or SAAS technologies . Experience building user facing technologies (B2C or B2B) . Ability to communicate technical requirements in a non-technical language . Experience writing business test cases and managing user acceptance testing . Strong oral and written communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills along with a high degree of flexibility and creativity . Be able to handle multiple projects at once

Experience Preferred: MBA or Masters in Computer Science Key Performance Indicators . Requirements are accurate and major business processes considerations are not missed . Support the business in creating business cases with clear ROI . Provide regular oral and written project updates that identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for projects . Successfully track and manage project changes through change management, clearly identifying change in costs and or timeline . Deliver accurate and clear business documents based on scope of project(s) . Write User Stories and manages the business backlog day to day in support of feature development . Understands business and user priorities, in addition to technical feasibility in order to prioritize business requirements . Works with the Platform Owner and key stakeholders to define scope, costs and timelines for updating existing platform products and implementing new capabilities . Define and analyze projects that will enhance and deliver new features and functionality to budget and without compromising quality . Manage the user acceptance testing process for new platform features . Facilitate workshops and map business processes . Research and share business / technology trends . Spend time designing and implementing new or enhanced operational processes to meet key business objectives . Translates platform capability roadmap into manageable product features . Work with the Platform Product Owner to define business rules and acceptance criteria as they impact system development . Provide technical input and feedback as it relates to the definition of platform features . Author business process guides for end users
