Location: Uptown, Charlotte

  1. Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This is a full on developing desktop application role, so they will be developing software, code in software, users are other developers (so not having to work with traders)

New joiner will be part of large agile development team extending from NY to Charlotte and India.  The team’s primary focus is continued development of a robust UI Application Framework written in C#/WPF, adopted by various development teams across the organization and supporting thousands of production users.  Emphasis is on reusable features, functionality, components, and services that enable our customers (other developers) to quickly and easily build out business-specific components using our fully-featured application framework.  Continued focus on new features and performance of our 100% built in-house data grid.  New joiner will need to be technically proficient, have a keen eye for attention to detail, and be self-motivated.

  1+ years of desktop development experience
  5+ years of C#.NET experience
  2+ years of HTML experience
 2+ years of JavaScript framework experience (YUI, Angular, Node)
  1+ year of RESTful or SOAP web services
  1 + years of JSON development experience
  1+ year of Agile experience
  BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
 1+ year of Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development experience
  1+ year of Spring or other IOC container experience
