Apex Systems, the 2nd largest staffing firm in the US, is looking to fill a .NET Developer role for the largest financial consulting industry in the world. This position will be located in Nashville Tennessee. As a Software Development Engineer for the Enterprise Monitoring team, this team member will be working as a full stack developer for various tools and frameworks that support our enterprise in functions such Infrastructure Monitoring and Application Performance Monitoring. They must have the skills needed to understand the business process flow, and develop distributed services that run at scale.

  • At least 3 years of experience developing test automation or combination of development and test automation
  • Hands on experience with C# and .Net REST services
  • Good understanding of object oriented concepts
  • Hands on experience with Visual Studio Test and Selenium C# web driver.
  • Proficient with entity framework and MVC 4+
  • Proficient with understanding and debugging SQL queries/views/functions.
  • Hands on experience with MSMQ or other cloud messaging platforms
  • Hands on experience developing PaaS services on Azure.
  • Proficient with developer tools and IDEs, such as Visual studio, Eclipse/Intellij
  • Experience working with any source control. Git/TFS
  • Experience with unit, integration, performance and security testing
  • Knowledge on deployment automation, continuous integration, build automation tools (TFS, Jenkins, TeamCity).
  • Ability to do effective communications with all stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills.


  • Experience with one or more automation tools like Soasta’s CloudTest, JMeter , Blazemeter.
  • Experience with New Relic Application Monitoring Tool or other APM tools
