It should be noted that we seek a team of individuals that fill the above needed skills as a whole.  Therefore, we do not expect that every team member has all of the above mentioned skills, but instead that the team can fill this need as a whole.

Background and definition of desired team

CLIENT has historically recognized that continuously improving business processes is necessary to stay competitive in the market place.  These efforts have included system solutions as well as Lean Six Sigma teams standardizing and improving processes.  We have therefore invested in the Bizagi BPM Modeler, Studio and Engine and recognize the need to establish a Center of Excellence (COE) to set standards, deliver solutions, govern utilization, and maximize the value achieved from this investment.

CLIENT is in the early stages of establishing a BPM program globally.  At this point, CLIENT has completed two pilot projects.  These projects are in the deployment phase, meaning we are now adding scope and users to these solutions in a controlled manner, while simultaneously stabilizing the platform and resolving any defects.  The expectation is that both project teams will hand over to the COE for “steady state” support once the deployment phase is complete.  We therefore are initiating this RFI to acquire information from potential vendors who could provide staff to perform this work.

To be clear, we are planning three different types of work within the COE:

Support of existing projects: Study the two pilot projects with the intent to take over the support, maintenance and delivery of minor enhancements for these solutions within 6 weeks of the start of engagement.

Workflow Factory - Foundation build:  We define our Workflow Factory as the compilation of processes, standards, and reusable assets that will enable the design, build, deployment, and support of workflows with continuously improving quality, cost, and speed.  The selected team will contribute to the establishment of the processes and standards and will also work with the Bizagi Architect and COE manager to deliver the components needed to form the technical foundation for the Bizagi Factory.

On-going “Factory” delivery:  Once the basic elements of our Factory Foundation are in place, we will be ready to start leveraging the Factory to build new solutions on Bizagi, which will include the design, build, deployment, and support of small-to-medium sized Workflows.

Thanks and regards.
