Job Description: *


Responsibilities:
* Provide 24x7x365 operational support of an enterprise level and highly complex Identity Management environment (ILM / FIM / MIM)
* Lead complex or high severity troubleshooting and incident problem resolutions with other infrastructure teams, including Active Directory, storage, messaging, server and network
* Plan and direct upgrades and enhancements to the identity management infrastructure.
* Provide extensive technical support for the existing management agents, knowledge on creating new management agents, and support new application Integrations using FIM / MIM synchronization server
* Migrate identity management systems from on-premises to the cloud
* Interact with key business IT and stakeholders to proactively identify business problems and opportunities that can be addressed with innovative technology solutions
* Develop and direct tests to ensure systems meet documented mission requirements
* Participate as a team member on projects involving Identity and Directory Services
* Analyze data and identify trends to facilitate root cause analysis and identify opportunities for service improvement
* Manage the backup and restore of FIM, MIM and LDS.
* Ensure the security and compliance of the environment
* Create and update standard operating procedure documentation
* Participate in capacity planning, performance monitoring and maintenance to ensure high availability and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement
Basic Qualifications:
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification, or military experience
* Minimum of 3 years Forefront Identity Manager or Microsoft Identity Manager experience
* Minimum of 5 years of Identity Management technical experience that includes the operational support and implementation of complex, large-scale, enterprise level solutions
* Experience working in detail with FIM / MIM synchronization service, specifically creating / updating the management agents (DB/ Flat File/ AD / ADLDS),
* Proven experience effectively communicating technical issues\challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)


Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Mathematics
* At least 2 years of experience in programming and scripting in languages such as C#, VBScript, PowerShell, or Python to develop complex automation scripts
* At least 1 year of experience with Windows Azure, AWS or other public Cloud technologies.
* Hands on experience of Forefront Identity Manager and Microsoft Identity Manager tools.
* Experience synchronizing between on-premises and cloud based directories such as Azure AD and Google Cloud Domain Directory
