Job Description:

- Contact MPS customers to upgrade their server from OS/SQL 2008 to 2012 or 2016

- Upgrade work stations and registers from Windows Server 7 to Windows Server 10

- Engage customer, schedule appointment, ensure that all pre-requisites are met prior to migration/upgrade

- Perform upgrade, trouble-shoot as necessary and follow-up with customer following the upgrade

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in computer science or related field

- Schedule flexibility required: availability during the hours of 8:30am - 9:00pm. This position may also require flex scheduling to work weekends depending on the needs of the customer.
